My Emergency Doctor Service is Australia 's leading emergency telehealth sevices providing access to emergency specialist doctors for acute medical conditions. Residents of South Western Sydney can access My Emergency Doctor at "No Cost" in the after hours period. For more information visit

We are a BULK Billing Practice with Face to Face & Telehealth appointments available.
If you do not have a Medicare card fees will apply, please see Click on the Practice Fee below for information.
Some services will have an extra charge, you will be informed if this is required.

Do you need an Interpreter? Please let the receptionist know if you or your family require an interpreter.
Test Results - Results will not be given out over the phone –
For purposes of privacy, accuracy and confidentiality as well as medico-legal reasons, pathology and imaging results will NOT be given over the phone.
Home Visits- We do not do home visits, however this can be discussed and booked if appropriate at a cost. We will organise home visits on a case by case basis in special circumstances.
Telephone Access to your Doctor - Phone calls from patients are generally not taken by the doctors during a consult due to confidentiality reasons.
Where appropriate you may leave a phone message for your doctor and they will make every effort to return your call within 24 hours.
Feedback - Complaints & your rights -We take your feedback, concerns, suggestions and complaints very seriously. If you have an issue or concern regarding any aspect of our services, please feel free to contact your Doctor or our Practice Manager 02 7229 1866.

Health Information Collection & Use - The Health Information we collect may be collected by a number of different methods, and may include, but not limited to: medical test results, notes from consultations, Medicare details, data collected from observations and conversations with you, and details obtained from other health care providers (e.g. specialist correspondence).
Cancellation Policy - Changes to appointments, such as cancellations or rescheduling, may result in a fee if not done with sufficient notice. Please ensure you contact the practice in advance to avoid any unnecessary charges.
